Policy Status : Suggested
That the Govt set standards to be applied to CouncNoise Complaints for Grandfather Clause applicable to venues with Pre-existing Noise Conditions

Noise Complaints to have "Grandfather Clause" applicable to venues, so noise complaints cannot be lodged against venues with "Pre-existing Conditions" that were known

Too often, we have venues being shut down because new neighbours have the right to, and exercise that right, to lodge complaints against venues which have always previously been able to have a business which is occasionally noisy

This is unfair, so i propose that the Govt cause Councils to adopt a policy which allows "Quiet Enjoyment" of the owners and operators of premises which offer their patrons live/loud music/spectator options
