Policy Status : Suggested
That no government department (in particular taxation office) may charge larger interest or penalties than what the courts award to the private sector

All government departments may not charge larger interest or penalties than what the courts award to private sector.

The laws and Acts are what the courts act upon.

Within the Acts, the Government has sought to enrich itself, by granting itself enforceable penalties which the private sector does not have in place, or access to.

These penalties have even led to suicide in the worst cases

The Government is to stop this practise, and alter penalties to being more reasonable within each of its Acts
